Orders typically ship within 24 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Bank Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

Comments

GENERAL TERMS
Whilst we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.
All orders must be paid for in full at the time of placing the order and not the time of despatch. You will be notified of any goods that are not in stock and offered an alternative item where applicable, we could also offer to make a special order on your behalf from our suppliers (this will be subject to availability at our suppliers) or we will refund your money in full if you do not wish to have an alternative item or place a special order or if the item is no longer available. When buying goods on this site you are entering into a legally binding contract with Biketec. UK law is applicable on this site.
You will receive a confirmation email for all orders placed. We aim to process and despatch all orders within seven working days from the date of order. All orders are tracked using a tracking code provided in your despatch confirmation email. Alternatively if for some reason you cannot access your parcel tracking then please call our team on 0116 2879988 or email mickeybiketec@yahoo.co.uk. Please check that all your details are correct on your confirmation email; please contact us immediately if there are any errors.
Our standard delivery charges for shipping to addresses in the UK are calculated based on the weight of items purchased, this is calculated and the cost displayed at the checkout and can be found on our Delivery & Returns page.
We accept online payments by credit card or debit card, the following cards are acceptable: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Maestro, Delta, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron. You can also make payment by Paypal. Biketec will not pass on any personal details of your transaction. Full details of our secure site can be found in our Privacy Policy.

SECURITY POLICY
You must choose a user name and password on completion of your registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under that user name and password and shall only use the site under your own user name and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. You should not transfer or sell your user name to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your user name or password. When entering our site please be aware that an Internet cookie (unique identifier) will be sent to your computer, this is to enable us to gather data regarding users of our site, these cookies can be easily be deleted and cause no harm to your computer. You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by contacting us via email, telephone or post.

RETURNS POLICY
You can return goods providing that they are unused. You must contact us on 0116 287 9988 or email mickeybiketec@yahoo.co.uk before returning any items.
When you return an item to BIKETEC, it is important to us that you return it unused in its original condition, with all tags attached and the item returned is protected on its journey back with the inner and outer box we used to send it to you.
Note: Please take your parcel to the nearest Post Office - Unfortunately we can’t accept liability for items lost on their way to us, so we recommend you send your parcel recorded delivery as ‘posting is not proof of receipt’.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Biketec is committed to providing the highest standard of service to our customers. However, should you need to complain we will do everything possible to ensure that your complaint is dealt with quickly and fairly. The easiest way to complain is to simply give us a call on 0116 287 9988 and the member of staff receiving your call will try to resolve your complaint immediately, if they cannot, or further investigation is required, we promise to acknowledge this within five working days.
