Nothing seemed to be a problem for these guys, They were interested in my problem and set about fixing it quickly. The bike needed a new alternator, wiring and more, so I was expecting a massive bill. However I found the price they charged for the time and effort they put into mending the bike was very reasonable. I could not be more happy, Biketec will be the place I will use from now on to look after my bike. I would highly recommend them." |

I admittedly went to them because they were highly recommended by fellow bikers at work. Quite rightly! Biketec advised me of proper maintenance intervals as the place I bought the bike from tried to squish an extra service every year. They found my Suzuki suffered from sticky breaks, and they repaired them instead of replacing (as most garages do these days) saving me some money. Now, the bike feels very good and I have plenty of confidence that if anything needs sorting Biketec will do an excellent job at a competitive price." |

I also mentioned that my SV650 had always been a bit unstable on the sidestand; being too upright. The Engine failed after a very short ride and I was stranded as was due to ride the bike about 80 miles home. Biketec came back without hesitation and picked me up, tested the bike and was very apologetic after discovering the supplier of the engine had let them down. No fuss, refund offered straight away and given a lift home - TOP class customer service. If you need a job done properly then use these guys. A new biker and an old bike which is being used every day regardless of weather is probably not the best of combinations; especially when it becomes clear that previous owners have not been too diligent with their service schedules. Even when my brakes seized on, a legacy of that previous maintenance, you were especially helpful giving useful advice and sorting out replacement parts, even though I couldn’t actually get the bike to you to do the work. I have a Harley Sportster and most garages seem to shun the bike as soon as they see it. Not this lot, although I live and work in Notts I bring it down here for it’s MOT because I know I’ll be made welcome and receive excellent service - they even make me a cuppa!
I’ve recently had a service and MOT done and the price was way more reasonable than I was quoted at HD. I knew that lads would do a good job so had no issue leaving it with them.
The ride home up the A46 was a dream, it was like a new bike, everything just felt right (so thanks for putting air in my tyres!).
I’d deffo recommend Biketec to anyone on 2 wheels." |

With it being a non starter and it being my only mode of transport, I was very keen to have it back on the road in the quickest time possible and also have some minor repair work done to the indicator light.
When you arrived, swiftly, to pick up the bike, you exuded an air of professionalism that only comes with years of experience. After a quick check to establish what was wrong, my bike was securely put onto your recovery truck and taken away to your garage. The same day, you phoned me, explained the various problems in simple terms (as I will readily admit I am no mechanic) and went straight about rectifying them. You even advised me on additional work that was needed I had not picked up on.
When I came to pick up my bike, I paid the bill which was an extremely fair price, and took it home. The ride back was an absolute joy. You had advised me the steering was off, something I hadn’t picked up on and rectified it. Also, the bike started and the indicator had been fixed.
